The Yankees are hosting a fund-raiser for the Jorge Posada Foundation at Yankee Stadium tomorrow night (Sept. 7). Jorge's wife, Laura, will be in the H&R Block suite from 5 to 8 p.m.. There will be T-shirts on sale. The foundation raises funds and awareness to help families with children with craniosyntosis; their son, Jorge Luis, had eight corrective surgeries due to the condition.
